If you are holidaying abroad please ask for a Travel Vaccination Questionnaire form from reception, for each member of the family. The practice nurse will then check and inform you of the vaccinations required according to recommended schedules. Please allow 6—8 weeks before the date of travel. We also advise that all patients are adequately immunised against tetanus and recommend that you should have had a tetanus booster within the last 10 years or had “5” for life.
