Flu season is nearing the end, if you are entitled to a vaccine and have not yet had, please contact Reception at the surgery to book, before we run out!

We are now registering new patients at the surgery, please speak to Reception for further details, or see our section new patients.

Our latest PPG Newsletter is now available to view (see right hand side of page).  Our next meeting will be held on Wednesday 16th January at 18.00 hrs.

Sickness Certificates

onlinehealthcareYou do not require a doctor's sickness certificate for any illness lasting seven days or less. Your employer may however require you to complete a self-certification form (SC2) which is available from your employer or at our reception or on the HMRC website.

For any illness lasting longer than seven days you will need to see the doctor for him/her to issue a sickness certificate (F.med3) and for any subsequent renewal of the certificate. If your employer insists on a sickness certificate for 7 days or less a charge will be levied.
