Welcome to Wootton Medical Centre

Welcome to Dr C Moore & Partners, Wootton Medical Centre (WMC).  The surgery has an effective, dedicated and comprehensive primary healthcare team, which includes GPs, Practice Nurses, Midwives, Health Visitors, District Nurses & Reception / Administration team.

We are a small team with an open & honest ethos, everybody is valued & opinions are heard.

Our practice area covers Wootton, Quinton & Hardingstone, however, we are temporarily not registering new patients.

Through our website, we hope to improve our services for our patients and enable you to find information you require.

With SystemOnline, you can book and cancel appointments, view your appointment history, order repeat medication, update your contact details, view test results and your coded medical record.

Before using this service, you must be registered.  In most cases, you will need to do this in person at the surgery and will need proof of ID for security purposes (see SystmOnline on the right for further details). 

If registered, you can access the service by clicking on the logos below.  You can also access SystmOnline using your smartphone or table (download the app).

Telephone Calls To & From WMC

We are duty bound to make patients aware that incoming and outgoing telephone calls are automatically recorded.  This is done for a variety of reasons, mainly to help with staff training and quality purposes.
