Unfortunately, our telephone system is currently down, and we are unable to receive calls into the Practice. This is beyond our control, however we hope to have this matter rectified as soon as possible. For minor ailments, Patients can contact the Practice by visiting our website

www.woottonmedicalcentre.co.uk and select the Accurx patient triage option. We will contact all patients to advise of the appropriate course of action. Alternatively, patients can visit their local pharmacies or local walk-in centres, or call NHS111, details are available on our website.

For emergencies only, please dial 999 or go to your local A&E department at the hospital.
