In response to feedback received:

  • Please do not respond that you would not recommend us if your family do not live within our catchment area, this question is designed to ask, if you could, would you
  • All patients can email the surgery at  With regards to cancelling an appointment, this can easily be done via SMS (if consent given) by responding with the word CANCEL to the appointment reminder text sent.
  • Care Navigation is now an important part of the Reception role within primary care. The GP is not necessarily the most suitable clinician to see you and with growing skills within the current clinical team and resources available outside the surgery (for example pharmacist), this is proving to be invaluable.
