Young Carers
Are you a young carer?
A carer is someone of any age who provides unpaid support to family or friends who could not manage without this help. Being an unpaid carer can have an effect on your own health and well-being and can also lead to social isolation.
Let us know that you are a carer so we can support you.
You can also find out more by emailing or telephone the surgery and asking to speak to our Carer's Champion Jill Gore, or by emailing carers@northamptonshire-carers.org or visiting www.northamptonshire-carers.org
