If you need to cancel an appointment with the Enhanced Access (GPEA) Hub, whilst we are open you can either do this via the surgery or GPEA directly.
Please DO NOT contact the surgery when we are closed to cancel as this will not happen and your appointment could be marked as a 'did not attend'.

Outside of these times there is the option to leave a voicemal message, please leave your full name, date of birth and time / date of appointment.
Cancelling any unwanted appointments allow other patients to be booked and your record being marked as 'did not attend', where we have apolicy in place.
