Feedback and complaints

Your comments and suggestions are important to us. We are continually looking to turn out patients’ feedback into real improvements in the services we provide. We use it to focus on the things that matter most to our patients, carers and their families. We would like to hear from you if you have a suggestion on how we can do things better to improve our patients’ experiences. We would also like to hear from you if you are pleased with the service you have received, we will let the staff involved know and share the good practice across our teams.

Making a complaint

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.  However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
