We are at the time of year when unprecedented weather can potentially disrupt services, and staffing levels at the Practice.
We will endeavour to maintain a normal standard of service, however, staff shortages due to unprecedented weather conditions may cause us to rebook or cancel your appointments on the day. We apologise in advance should we find ourselves in this situation over the winter months.
We will contact patients with any disruptions to services and appointments at the very earliest opportunity.
In the event of any disruption, the Practice participates in Extended Access, where an appointment can be made, via the Practice, between the hours of 18:30-20:00 Monday to Friday, and from 09:00-17:00 Saturday and Sunday. Patients also have the option to contact NHS 111 for medical advice for non-urgent or non-life-threatening concerns, or attend local walk-in centres at:
