Enhanced access

Enhanced access (GPEA) hub

Enhanced access appointments are an extension to your usual GP practice, it is not a walk-in-service, and you will need to make and appointment through your usual GP practice reception.

You will be offered a face to face, telephone or video consultation with a GP or nurse depending on your clinical need.

Appointments are available, 6:30pm to 9:30pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm weekends.

Appointments are held on the ground floor of Highfield Clinical Care Centre (entrance B).

LIVI

LIVI On behalf of General Practice Alliance, we are pleased to announce a new local Online consultation service, OLEA – Online Enhanced Access. This will replace LIVI from 1^st May 25. OLEA will be managed by your trusted local GPs, who are familiar with local healthcare, prescribing and referrals pathways. Appointments can be booked via your GP Pactice.

We’ll keep you informed with updates.

Protected learning time

We currently close once a month at 12:30pm on a Wednesday afternoon for staff training.
