We welcome patients suggestions here at the Wootton Medical Practice and have provided a Patient Suggestion Box in the main reception area for your suggestions, where you can jot down your thoughts and comments for consideration. All suggestions and Practice responses will be shared on a monthly/quarterly basis. If however, you feel that you would like to raise an issue that requires a more urgent response, please do not hesitate to leave a note at reception.
